Course Overview:

 

This exam preparation course is designed for individuals preparing to write the Residential Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic 313D Certificate of Qualification (C of Q) Exam, administered by Skilled Trades Ontario (STO).

 

Ideal for apprentices or experienced professionals approved by STO to challenge the exam, this course delivers a structured and comprehensive review to help you succeed.

 

Note: This program does not require approval under the Ontario Career Colleges Act, 2005.

 

What You’ll Learn:

• Theoretical review of all key modules covered in the 313D C of Q exam

• Installation, maintenance, service, and troubleshooting of residential A/C systems

• Overview of geo-exchange systems and components

• Current industry standards and best practices

• Exam Not Included: Students must schedule and book the exam directly with Skilled Trades Ontario (STO)

• Prerequisite: No academic prerequisites, but you must provide STO with proof of 2.5 years (or 4,500 hours) of related field experience to be eligible for the exam
