Accessibility Policy – QuickFast Service Academy
​This policy is intended to meet the requirements of the Integrated Accessibility Standards, Ontario Regulation 191/11, under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA), as they apply to QuickFast Service Academy.

Commitment
QuickFast Service Academy is committed to supporting the goals of the AODA. We will establish policies, practices, and procedures consistent with accessibility standards, including:
Accessible customer service
Information and communication
Employment
The built environment
Transportation
We are dedicated to giving people with disabilities the opportunity to access our services and benefit from them in the same place and in a similar way as others.

Removal of Barriers
QuickFast Service Academy recognizes that accessibility is a community-wide effort. We continually work with staff to identify and remove barriers to accessibility in all aspects of our programs and services.

Timely Service for Accommodations
While we strive to remove barriers and comply with the spirit of the AODA, there may be situations requiring accommodations.

Students: Must notify QuickFast Service Academy of any accommodation needs upon registration. We will coordinate and implement the necessary accommodations in a timely manner.
Employees: Must notify management of accommodation needs. Management will determine and implement appropriate accommodations in consultation with the employee.

Scope
This policy applies to all students and staff at QuickFast Service Academy, including full-time and part-time employees, current students, and prospective employees or students.
