Sexual Violence and Harassment Policy
Sexual Violence and Harassment Policy - QuickFast Service Academy
QuickFast Service Academy is committed to providing a safe and respectful learning and work environment, free from sexual violence and harassment. All members of our community—students, staff, contractors, and visitors—have the right to be treated with dignity and respect.
Key Points: Support for Survivors: Students or staff who experience sexual violence or harassment will receive assistance, including counselling, medical care referrals, and academic or workplace accommodations.
Reporting: Anyone who experiences or witnesses sexual violence should report it to the Vice President or senior staff. Reports can remain confidential whenever possible.
Investigation: Complaints are investigated fairly and confidentially. Both complainants and respondents are treated with respect.
Disciplinary Action: Those found responsible for sexual violence may face disciplinary measures, up to termination of employment or expulsion.
Protection from Retaliation: Retaliation against anyone reporting sexual violence is strictly prohibited.
External Supports: Survivors can access 24/7 help lines and community services for support (e.g., Assaulted Women’s Helpline, Victim Support Line, Chrysalis Network).
Remember: You have the right to support, accommodations, and a safe environment. Reporting is encouraged but not required to access assistance.
